Golf Shoes – Stinger Spikes and Q-LOK system to help Scorpio?

I just bought a pair of golf shoes LOK system Scorpio Stinger Spikes & Q-. Does anyone know how to remove the spikes, I can not run it with my hand. Should I buy something extra? Thank you for any help.
